These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.globalnextrise.com (the “Website”), operated by Next Rise LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

1) Website purpose

The Website provides information about our services and allows you to contact us. Using the Website does not create a client relationship by itself.

2) Services and contracting

Our services are delivered online. If you engage us for services, the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and commercial terms will be set out in a separate written agreement (the “Client Agreement”), which may include a proposal + signed contract.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for the services you purchased.

3) Payments and invoicing

For paid services, payment is due according to the Client Agreement. Typically, this means:

• the Client Agreement is signed first, and

• we then issue an invoice and payment is made under the terms stated in that agreement/invoice.

You are responsible for any bank or payment processor fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

4) Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling 

Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and any credits are handled only as stated in the applicable Client Agreement. If no refund terms are stated in the Client Agreement, then no refunds are provided unless required by law.

5) No guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results (for example: revenue, leads, rankings, admissions outcomes, or other performance results). Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

6) Intellectual property

All Website content (including text, branding, design, graphics, and logos) is owned by or licensed to Next Rise LLC and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written permission.

Any IP ownership for paid deliverables (if applicable) will be governed by the Client Agreement.

7) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including attempting to disrupt it, access non-public areas, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8) Third-party links

The Website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.

9) Disclaimer

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Rise LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Website will not exceed USD $100.

(For paid services, liability limits—if any—are governed by the Client Agreement.)

11) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
